Euro Tech should be able to handle that. Also Wile Motorsports.
both known in the boston tuner community

These guys are a bunch of pussies actually, I have purchased plenty of BMW parts from them over the past couple of years, with good service I should add, but they are too afraid to install a catless downpipe because of the emissions laws.

lmao. It might have something to do with their public reputation, I suppose. But the Turner guys are great guys otherwise.

I don't doubt that they're all sweethearts but if a guy from Turner (TMS 1224) posted on this exact thread to go there for the installation, I am not sure why they wouldn't do it.

This might be off topic
I want to know if there are any good installers for KW Coilovers? I know alot places do it but I dont mind paying a little more for a pro install

I go to Hero at Motive Auto Works in Woburn, I know he has some sort of device that speeds up coilover installs.
I have also used Autobahn in Peabody with good results, they have a machine that does corner balancing as well. Best of luck. |

Catless Downpipe?
Not yet. I am on the fence. I have the AR DP for Xdrive, I just don't want to have an overly loud car. I might do it in August when my inspection is up. It would be nice to grab an extra 30 HP/TQ at the wheels though. Are you thinking about it? have the same reservations? |

BrenTuning is also worth considering. They are working out F30 tunes this summer - I'm going to be talking to them more in depth this fall.

I know Bren, good dude, does good work, would make the car a hell of a lot faster. I just worry I would start to run into fueling issues like I have on all of my past BMW's that were FBO. I just don't have the time for that, I love my car, but taking it in every couple of months for some new code/BS is too exhausting.
The JB4 is a good balance of performance and daily drivability. Once I crack that ECU, I am just opening a new can of worms. |
