So I just finished my break-in service. I have the JB4 stage 1 in hand but I have no experience with this type of thing. Seems very easy but would feel comfortable having some experience on my side. I'm willing to drive to Ft. Myers or Tampa. Dinner on me. Thanks!!!

If you're just doing stage 1 it's so simple. I can do it in 15 minutes. Took me about 30 the first time. Mount box and plug in 2 cables.
Stage 2 is a tad more involved but still pretty darn easy. |

I'm in Downtown Sarasota. Happy to help. Haven't done it on a new M, but I've installed/removed the BMS tune on my 750i countless times. It can seem daunting at first, I know...

The only bad part is getting your hand behind the intercooler to plug into the sensor back there. I'm 6'7" with gigantor hands so it's a bit of a struggle and I bought a pair of long pliers to help. With smaller hands it's not too bad.

At first I toasted my hands a couple of times, then I figured out an easier way to release the clips with a screwdriver and some leverage... It's a learning process. |

I watched the video on installing the M235 JB4. Looks similar. |
