CIC Navigation issue, black artifacts
Hello,
After a recent map update (Premium 2014-1) I am encountering this issue: I am only encountering this issue on 100m and 200m scale. Dealer said that this is the problem of the map update, and redoing that should help, however they won't do that unless I provide them with proof of purchase on the FSC code, which I can't do as I don't keep such things What do you guys think, will another map update fix this issue? You may even want to verify the archive you downloaded doesn't have any errors by verifying it. |

So... I have just updated maps to 2015-2, and the issue is still there!
Any ideas? (File is definitely not corrupt, rechecked twice and even used another pendrive) |

May need to have the firmware updated or other diagnostics run to make sure something else isn't wrong with the screen or navi.

My car came back from the dealer at tuesday - they performed diagnostics, made firmware check (newest firmware is present at the headunit) and found no other faults.
They have just told me that there's something wrong with the maps. |
