Wait for new exhaust or downpipes..?

I have an e92 335i and am wondering should I wait to buy new exhaust or get downpipes..

What other mods do you have? I went DP's first and it made my stock exhaust sound great imo, no drone but it has a nice throaty sound when accelerating, do the golf tee mod and it sounds beastly. You'll get better performance from DP's also, as compared to strictly exhaust.
