Lowered AWD front axles hitting frame?

So i posted last night about my newly lowered 328xi having a weird sporadic 3-5 second vibration. Well after reading around for a little bit and seeing some pros and cons of lowering an e90 i see that making it to low could cause the axel to rub the frame. Is it possible that my car is having an unnoticeably small amount of suspension travel at times and making my axles graze my frame? Ive noticed that as i drive it a little more it is a little less common and becoming a little more faint.. Wearing the frame down?

Garage List
No problem hitting the frame here either. It is much more likely that the axle is hitting the sway bar endlink.

Jack it up, pull the wheel and look at your axle shafts will confirm this very quickly.

But does it happen if you touch the brakes? If so, check your bushings. Espically the Tension arm bushings and ball joints they attach to.
