Strange one-sided OEM angel eye error

On my father's 2007 E93, today the passenger side AE bulb went out. I replaced it with an OEM halogen bulb. It didn't work. Suspecting an issue with the FRM, I scanned it using Tool32 and there are no FRM short circuit errors stored in there. I also checked fuses 42, 61, and 6 - no dice there, either.

Any idea what could be causing the AE bulb to not function? All other aspects of that passenger side headlight function perfectly normal...
