Test drives Saturday!
Evening all,
So thought i would share! I am test driving a 435d on saturday, and an M4. I love my 330d, i genuinely do, but i have grown to really really like the 4 series in full M sport suit. any thoughts welcome, will report back on how good/crap/expensive they are Andy

Haha!
Well looking at the specs of the 435d...i struggle to see why i would spend £30k more for the M4....hopefully Saturday will give me the answers! Also i can use the 435d for work, i cant use the M4

If I was going down the F32 route the GC would be the one for me + you can get them in Carbon Black which looks a bit different.

If I was going with practicality I would go with 435i GC, love the looks of it, especially in EB2.
The moment that M4 starts its engine on a cold morning, will change everything! If you can ignore the numbers, your answer would be the M. |

Can you get away with a 440i for work? That would be my shortlist. |

Just be aware that you won't get the full picture with the M4 from a shortish test drive. You really need it for 24 hours or longer so you can try it on different roads, in different senarios

Have you thought of an M235i?
Not that much smaller but hell of a lot cheaper than an M4. Came out top here: http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/ne...-vs-b4-biturbo
