Not going to be to everyones taste but...

Hi Guys,

So I collected my 330d xDrive on the 7th March, prior to the collection date I was already thinking about mods

So I got myself the Coding Cable (yet to have a play), Some H&R Sport Springs (to be fitted on Friday).

But over the weekend here's what I've done...

----- BEFORE PHOTOS -----

----- AFTER PHOTOS -----

Still a few more bits to do but ran out of time

Nice tasteful mods there. Did you wrap the trim or are they the MP CF set from BMW?

I should have said, all of the CF is Wrapping

I'm going to finish it off with the Sharkfin and Wing Mirrors, and that's about it!

Interior is nice ....though my OCD would stress unless all the pattern was facing the same way throughout the car.

Not a fan of the spoiler....and definitely wouldn't do the shark fin.

You've done very well with interior trim and kidney grill!

Not a fan of the spoiler or the smoked rear lights.

Anyway congrats on the new car

Don't like the CF, never been my thing in MODs.. Also your spoiler doesn't look like it's siting right, I prefer the original MP in body colour (I have one)

I like the spoiler (have the 'M' one currently on my 5), just not a fan of contrasting CF bodywork parts.

As said, doesn't look like its sitting quite flush enough or maybe too far forward towards the rear screen?

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure about the CF on Black at first, but it doesn't look too bad IMO! and the good thing is, its cost me very little, so if I wanted to change it, it's not going to be too painful

First off, congratulations on new car, looks good.

However, with MWA on this one.

Don't like the CF on the spoiler, body colour or something, just not that, looks VERY Halfords.

Ditto on the dark lens for rear lights, ok if it's a 10 year old E90, new car nope, again parts bin at Halfords.

Having said all that, I do like the interior and with there was a bit of a larger choice on what we can have (I know why there is not, but still lol).

So yeah inside great, additions to outside nah, but to chavtastic / Halfords.

Regarding coding, from some other threads, that looks like a non starter for new cars (unless has been some changes since last week).

I'm surprised about the amount of dislike to the Spoiler TBH! Since I'm not the first / only person with it! But each to their own! I have my reason's for doing it

Coding wise, I'm looking at adding stuff like the Dynamic Brake Light, Folding Mirrors, and just some other stuff

You wouldn't by chance have a wider (full front) picture of the black grills?

Nice work...would be good to see full car shots to get a better feel for how all the cf bits look!

Did you colour the grilles yourself, if so what have you used? I've been contemplating plasti dipping mine
