Identify switched power supply

I'm installing my dashcam and have run the power cable round the windscreen down to the fuse box area, but I'm having problems identifying a switched power cable I can tap into. Looking at the fuse box there's no chance of getting to the back of it so I was wondering if anyone has tapped into a switched cable somewhere in that area and can help point it out to me.

The other option I was looking at was extending the cable and running it up to the 12v socket in the armrest. But how do you get to the bottom of the socket?

I've just come across those Fuse Tap thingies - what a simple, but brilliant idea. I've ordered one and will do it that way.

Just got to wait a couple of days till it arrives.

Halfords stock them, if you are in a hurry.

Strange, I went there first and couldn't find them. I looked all round the electrical, fuse area and assumed they didn't stock them. I suppose I should have asked.
