Aye, as well's maybe... But just watch 'em fly out of the door as quickly as they can make them... (pun intended)

Apple Watch

Hard really hard to justify. But mmmmm!
Dilemma? Should I get a new Apple watch or a new set of Goodyears?
I think I know which will last longer and require no updates.

Is that a headline like 3 series could cost up to £65k - in reality very few/nobody would spec an F30 like that, but the headline is good...

£65k for a 335i is crazy - it would be ordered by someone who ticked every box, likely the same person who would get the gold Apple Watch.

You can still get a good F30/Apple Watch for a more sensible price.

I don't get spending this on a 'technology' watch which will be obsolete in a few years. I like them for £4-900 though...

I think it's better if folk with more money than sense can find ways to spend it otherwise the economy doesn't really work.

Just a pity that apple don't redistribute that profit better to either the taxman or shareholders!

Yeah agree. The alligator strap on my IWC was less than that!

Problem is my Tag needs a new strap (£1,000) so should I just get an Apple Watch... Or buy the £500 eBay strap for mine?

Just as long as you spend it.

Then use your wealth to buy enough shares to become an activist investor and force boards to make better decisions for wider stakeholders, rather than themselves.

They line their own pockets and even when they fail, or are rubbish, are set up for life, having risked nothing.

Society then bails them out (if they're bankers) or the shareholders( us lot as pension savers/investors) get shafted.

Besides the price

The 1 day battery life is a killer , charge phone , change MacBook , charge watch too

You know there will be Apple watch 2 with better battery life next year
