The same stealer had a 6GC with a similar 'bad' colour choice matt brown/bronze paint with white and brown interior

At first I was erm no.

Then came back to it and it's actually a colour that would grow on you.

Will definitely stand out, just not like that horrendous green did.

Personally I think it's bat shit crazy spending extra money on paint for something as common as a 3 series.

That's a beautiful colour combo. The colour was first launched on e36's M3's Evo, then was available on e46's and the odd e9x..

You have to see it in the flesh to appreciate it.

Personally I don't like it at all - however - it's certainly a colour my dad would love as he's very into his dark reds and purples. Would certainly make it stand out from the usual 3 series crowd, although like said above, if you want to stand out why by a 3 series?

I like it too for that reason. Although my VR6 was actually green I always wanted one in this colour.

Reminds me of my Peugeot 405 GT DT saloon which was metallic purple. Looked fantastic when it was cleaned and polished and a rare colour too.
