just traveling back from Robroyston to Moodiesburn Via the M80 and as I cameonto the Motorway (50MPH) bit, I noticed a nice 330d or the like, just as he got past me all the disco lights came on and he pulled a Van in, guessing it was speeding as he went past me as I joined. white 3 series 14 plate watch out !!

Not that anyone here speeds just handy to know!!

Thanks for the heads up, this one is new to me I have seen an unmarked space grey F30 on the M8 and also on the M77 go from anonymous to full glory a few times, the stretch on the M77 heading into Glasgow where the limit drops from 70 to 60 and then down to 50 is a favourite area for folk to get pulled over, I am due to drive to Glasgow next weekend and will make sure I keep to the limit.

I've seen a white F30 on the M8 near Glasgow, had pulled someone over, looked very plain apart from the blue lights in the back windows, I often see either a blue or grey E90 around the Fife/Forth Road Bridge areas and I'm sure I saw a grey F30 on the M77. It's easy to get caught out by restricted speed areas (ie 50 or 60 on the M77 and M8) if you're not local or concentrating on the signage, I was doing 60 in the 50 section of the M77 (as you get towards Glasgow the speed is restricted to 60, then further up it's 50, I didn't notice at the time) when I saw the grey F30, he didn't bother coming after me though.

Tbh, they are plenty unmarked cars around, as mentioned around Christmas, we had about 10 -15 crs on M6 Toll, pretty much all unmarked and 2 camera vans.

They had pulled over plenty.

Now I just assume any car can be one and take it easy....

There's a silver 1 series doing the rounds of the M60 here in Manchester. Seen it a couple of times flying past with lights and sirens. First time it was chasing a RR Sport (and keeping up so assume it's probably a de-badged 135i), no idea what it was doing second time, but it was going equally as fast.

Not Glasgow, but I was very kindly advised to 'slow down a little' by the boys in blue on the M9 the other day when they pulled alongside at close to 80 . . . . in a totally unmarked gold Jaguar XF.... MMMmmmm

Good to know as well, I'm on that road quite a bit also, basically they are everywhere (not that I need to worry about anything because I never exceed the speed limit, officer!)
