228i suspension

Any other sets for our 228i cars besides H&R and KW. I feel like parts makers are keeping us from modding using proper parts or using mods from other cars and try to retrofit them.

I like the look of a drop but fear the H&R is a bit too low in the front and the KW is $$$.

Any input is welcomed.

I believe ST and CKS has F22-specific options. The F30 and F22 suspension setup is very similar, which is why most manufacturers will base their designs from the earlier release.

Correct. ST has a kit for non-EDC F22 cars. Turner offers ST, but its not listed yet.

Does the ST kit work for non-EDC but xDrive F22's (228xi)? If so, could you please share a link? Thanks!

H&R 's might be also enough to get rid of your struts... quite a few people having leaky struts after a while...

Well that depends on the situation. If you track or bottom out on the streets a lot, any strut will fail. The h&r are made for stock struts anyways. As long as you're careful with avoiding potholes, i dont see how it will fail. Drop is 1 inch front and 0.8 rear. Thats a very conservative drop

Even with no track some are failing after a few months as they are almost riding on the bump stops....

just take a look at a few of the HR threads in here and you'll see...

With all the people currently running H&R springs (likely hundreds of cars if not approaching thousands), if there's a handful of issues, I don't consider that a major problem.
