I may be looking for a needle in a haystack, but this would be my second 335, and I would be sinking a lot of money in this car, so I am pretty picky on what I want:

Firm requirements
2009 or 2010 (CIC & N54)
335i x-drive
Manual Transmission
Gray or Silver color
Black or Gray Sport Seats
Navigation
Comfort Access

Prefer
Sedan
Premium audio
Cold weather package
Near Georgia

Low miles preferred (obviously). In fact, if I could still buy this car new, I would

I'm close to what you want, just missing comfort access and xDrive. Everything else matches though. You will have a hard time finding a car that has been as well cared for.

From my personal experience, that's a VERY tough car to find in sedan - much easier in coupe. I was on the same search but sedan and cold weather were firm requirements and comfort access wasn't (but I found one with CA and that and the heated steering wheel are my favorite features.

Sorry, but x-drive is a must... otherwise I would just buy an is or new M3

Agreed... like I said, needle in a haystack, or maybe more accurate to say a red herring, but obviously they exist. If only I could go back in time and order a fully loaded 6MT x-drive sedan
