JB4 query

About to pull the pin and buy a JB4 with version 5/ISO 5 software.

Does anyone know when they tend to release updates? I don't want to buy one and find in 3 months they update to version 6. How long has V5 been out over V4.

V5 has been out a long time now. I got mine in May 2013 and that was a G5 ISO.

Development of the "generations" has stopped for our platform. There will be constant software updates working on minor bugs and improvements for the forseeable future.

Mmm interesting.

So would we say hold for G6 or could I be waiting for a long time?

The G6 (6th generation) will be for the new M3/4 platform.
As I said, hardware development for our platform has stopped.
So yes. Get the latest from Burger.

The updates will keep being developed for a while but to be fair i think it is already spot on. Get one , you will not regret it.

Well you might get the power bug and enter the slippery slope that is modding the n54

since I will be ordering the VRSF downpipes at the same time and the dci are on their way I think its already bitten.
