Comparing CAFDs

Is there a tool to compare CAFDs from two separate cars (same model but from different model year), for example, the FEM_BODY module, and display the differences between them? The reason why i am asking this is that i have been helping a fellow F31 owner enable variable light distribution and anti-glare HBA. I removed 5AP and 8S4 from the FA and then VO coded FEM_BODY and FLA3. However, both VLD and anti-glare HBA are not working.

I thought the easiest way to troubleshoot this is by comparing our CAFDs.
