For an m sport wheel not sure how many different wheels it will fit. It is not oem and it looks to be new but is not 100% perfect but I'd say 9/10. I couldn't get the small blemishes to show up in pics and installed someone has to be right up on it to see. All the blemishes are are just a couple "bumps" in the clear or a small spec of dust that got cleared over.
