All manuals and keys.
Sides and rear debadged since new, front bumper has NOT been drilled for a license plate.

Excellent condition:
Exterior has no dents, dings or scratches; very few tiny paint chips as expected
Interior has no rips, tears, holes, stains or smells; factory rubber floor mats and trunk liner
Wheels are OEM staggered M-sport (193) with no rash or gouges; very few faint chips/scratches as expected
Tires are OEM run-flats with decent tread remaining

In-Service date of July 26th, 2011 so still under factory warranty and maintenance program until July 26th, 2015 or 50k miles.

Searched for 2+ months to find this car (not wanting to pay the $5k dealer markup), purchased it sight unseen from a VW dealership in Omaha; flew out in early May 2014 to find a vehicle even better than advertised and drove it home to Colorado.
Love the car and don't need to sell, but we are strongly contemplating the purchase of a piece of property in the mountains and I have returned to the turbo Subaru world for added ground clearance (and a smaller car payment). I also find myself at the age where I'm tired of always having to worry about where I park and watching out for inconsiderate a-holes who don't care about other people's property.

I am far from an expert photographer but let me know what else you want to see.

Price: SOLD
Car is located and can be seen in north Colorado Springs or south Denver. Found my unicorn Outback XT so trades no longer considered.
Title is clean, lien held by my local credit union (easy process of transferring title from recent experience selling 3 previous vehicles).
VIN avbl on request, original MSRP $56,700.
Thanks for looking!

So you're saying that you purchased used performance parts for this car but never installed them? What kind of parts are these?

Looking for this exact car with n54

That is correct. cp-e 5" downpipe, JB4 harness, meth kit and Ciba ram air scoops (new) all still boxed up. First item purchased off of eBay and others from this forum. Any and all inspections are welcome - car speaks for itself and I've got nothing to hide. What can I say - I'm a parts whore who doesn't end up keeping a car long enough to install them. Just got done selling some unused Jeep and Suby parts as well.

Took advantage of our unseasonable temps on Tuesday to hand wash the car. Body remains flawless but I did notice a stone chip on one of the wheel's powdercoat.

Tried to catch the wheels at different angles in different light to show the range of color. Only one blemish as noted, center caps are OEM and standard colors (sunlight is playing games in some of the pics). For the wheels purists, the tiny M stickers were removed for PC and not replaced.

As this was my first BMW, I wanted something still under factory warranty for more than a few months so hunted for an '11. I am always curious though what the attraction is when someone is after a specific year when the body was the same? I have to assume it is for the N54 motor, but is it proven to be an advantage? In my mind, two turbos always sounds like twice the amount of potential problems (especially when buying used) but is there something specifically wrong with the "twin power" motor not covered by the VANOS recall since N54 had the HPFP issue? Just curious.

Thanks for the bump and interest!

Thanks! Had an '05 OBXT 5-speed previously and found a mint '09 with manual trans to complete the circle.

Car goes to Schomp BMW next week for its last scheduled maintenance under warranty and to confirm that any/all recalls have been completed.

42k mile scheduled service (oil change and air filter) completed last week, VANOS recall also performed (no idea why they didn't do this last time the car was in?), car given a clean bill of health by dealer. iDrive says brake pads are good for another 30k(front) and 25k(rear) for what it's worth.

I like the car. From Vegas. Can you send me the VIN? Do you have a car fax report?

Sure, I'll PM you the VIN when I get home.
I don't have a current Carfax report - I might still have the one from Performance VW in Omaha where I purchased it last May. No blemishes on the record then and it has remained that way in my ownership.

Just purchased a vehicle history report from AutoCheck for any interested parties.
Came back all green (with the exception of having a lien/loan) and scored a 93 on their rating system (on an 81-88 similar vehicle scale).
