Need some help from the experts...
My dad is considering upgrading his E92 335 to an F32 435. He has a set of staggered 193M wheels that he currently uses for summer, offests are front: 18x8 et34. Rear: 18x18.5 et37. The existing tires need to be replaced anyways, so he would be putting winter rubber on these wheels if possible.
The F32 would be M-sport without the upgraded brakes so he should be ok with 18's. I know the fronts will work once the tires are replaced, not sure about the rears. The F32 18's are 18x8 et34 front and 18x8.5 et47 rear. Will the rears just look sunken in? Or would there be rubbing issues needing a spacer? I'm sure that people have looked in to this and I'm wondering if it would work. Tires would probably be ordered as a square set-up and stretched in the rear to account for the increased width. As always, any help is appreciated. |

They should work fine; rears will be a little stretched, but should be within spec of most tires.
Note that the F3x uses a slightly larger tire than the E9x - 225/45R18 (rather than the 225/40R18.) |
