Simon at e-maps? Reviews?

Any reviews or experience of Simon at e-maps?

Yeh I still want a map to make the drive more smoother and improve the torque curve. I know there is not out and out power in my 218PS n52 but anything on top of what I have would be a bonus.

The AA tune has great reviews but it is too expensive.
The Vishnu Tune / Open Flash Table would cost too much to order to the UK

Every other thread talks about simon and his maps. So feel free to search.

I have always heard positive about his maps and they are eco- friendly.

I used Simon recently, he was just as good as all the reviews suggest. Cheaper than the competition by quite a bit too. Do it!

Simon's good I running a map he set up for me in my 335i and its good smooth and does what it should do but compared with say Cobb/JB4 the power delivery isn't as brutal and I've driven enough thus equipped cars to know this. Question is can my map be improved

well we are working with a company who'll shortly be able to tell me.

I've had a map from Simon on my car, he travelled to my house at a time to suit me and had a very competitive price.
The service received was excellent and would thoroughly recommend, he read a couple of none important fault codes before he started (bulbs etc) to ensure nothing on the engine was wrong as to not cause further damage then ran the map and went out for a quick test drive, all in all a top service and would say go for it !

I have used Simon before he was a great bloke and mapped at a good price.

I have also used Jason and B+W Chiptune since and Jason literally writes the map in front of your eyes and will go back and rewrite if needed. Simon just uploaded a prewritten map. Tbh i dont think it makes much difference and Simon is easier on the wallet. If you're after a more indepth map with good after care and a knowledgable chit chat then Jasons your man. Also Jason has a rolling road so nice to have pre and post dynos too

Simon mapped my 330D in late 2012 and its covered 20K miles since then. It goes great - its a daily commuter and has been on the track - no issues. I can recommend Simon.

Same as everyone above.Simon came to my house and did a live map.I wanted some tweaks to the map and so Simon did some work and came back to update.
Very pleased,great price but he is really busy,so keep trying if you don't get a reply straight away...

Thanks a bunch. Guess we could meet him somwhere which is easy for all involved. And he should be able to give a small discount. The more people we get the better.

just spoken with him im in Maidstone kent he says he will only have time to do one as travelling time involved each car takes an hour I wonder if you all met at my place have loads of parking and I could offer him overnight stay?

im also keen - not looking for something outrageous - I've got a manual 330d and don't want to shred the clutch.
