Combox question
Hello all. I have been through several threads and I still just can't figure this out. I have a 2011 328xi, build date 02/2011. It has the following codes: 609A, 615A, 620A, 639A, 655A, 688A, 697A, 6AAA, 6ABA, 6FLA, 6UHA, 6VCA
My iDrive has BMW Assist and I want it to say ConnectedDrive. What do I need to do to make this happen? Again I read through lots of posts/threads and just can't seem to figure it out. TIA ~ erik

Thank you. And let's say I wanted to be able to use BMW Apps and all of the new stuff, I would need to do more than what you posted - correct?

so you have no bmw apps.....try adding $6nr to your vehicle order and see what happens....
if you now have connected drive in your cic menu and after adding $6NR it reverts back to bmw services , you will need a fsc code for bmw apps as picha has mentioned....

Sorry - I didn't mean to make this so complicated. On my iDrive, I have BMW Assist. I want it to say ConnectedDrive as I "think" with ConnectedDrive you get the BMW apps, etc.
I may just have to have someone like BimmerTech do this for me. I understand the concept of what needs to be done, just not sure on how to execute. Merry Christmas ~ Erik
