downshift 3rd to 2nd car jerks and hesistates

hello all,

I just have a quick question. about 50% of the time, when i try to downshift from 3rd to 2nd, car jerks for like 1 sec, n then move. I hear like a pop coming out of my exhausts everytime i try to floor it. Does anyone know y its doing that? So far, i have done alpina flash, jb4, catless downpipe, intake.
I have zero problem when flooring it from dig and also, no problem downshifting and flooring it while im pressing the pedal. Is this normal or do I need to flash it back to stock?

The popping sound is probably misfiring. Check your car for codes using the jb4. As far as jerking forward, I'm not sure. What RPM are you downshifting at? It could just be engine braking.
