Autocrossing
Well I had my 4th weekend out autocrossing with the local BMWCCA, managed a 2nd place in D class, beat out by the instructor that had helped me my first couple of trips out. I'm still running with everything completely ctock, including tires, and pretty happy with how it's going so far. My previous autocross car was a 150 HP FWD hatch with the Ford Racing Spec Focus road race suspension , so it's like learning to drive all over again.
I am amazed at how flat it stays through some pretty tight turns: As you can see I tried to match the numbers to my interior color, not quite there but as close as I could come. |

Do you have DCT and adaptive suspension? Would you share what settings and tire pressures you used for AutoX. I spent my day with my rear end hanging out battling understeer.
