I opted for the Sport Springs. It has a drop of 1.3' in the front and 1.2' in the rear. The Super Sport springs slam the front way more than the rear which is not the route I wanted to go with. 1.6' and 1.0' in the rear for the super sport.

I have ran H&Rs and found them to be a little bouncy. I currently am running the KW Height Adjustables and they are great. Adaptive suspension cars I recommend KW HA's. Non adaptive set ups I would recommend the KW coil overs

I have not seen any specs in terms of spring rates, but I would go with the Sport on the M4 for two reasons. First, as opposed to the M3, because of the shape of the rear fenders, the M4 needs as much drop in the rear as is does in the front from a looks perspective. Second, I feel droping the front by 1.6" would limit suspension travel a bit too much for my taste.

I thought that on the M4 the SuperSport actually lower the rear of the car less than the Sport (1.0" vs 1.2") while they lower the front more (1.6" vs 1.3") giving the car a more "raked" look. The SuperSport do lower both front and rear more than the Sport on the M3 though (1.3"/0.8" vs 1.6"/1.0").

I picked up some SS. You've mention that it's a bit more bouncy than the KW HAS, but how does it compare to stock (my car has adaptive suspension)? Is it something you could live with for daily drive?

On the M3 F80 the sports lower the front 1.3 and the rear 0.80. The super-sports lower the front 1.6 and the rear 1.0. |

We have had many people switch over from the H&R's to the KW's mainly for the better ride quality and also being able to set your cars height to that perfect stance. The KW's are just like the stock suspension just a little firmer. They are ideal for a every day driver setup.
