The latest issue of Roundel magazine says we might see the M2 in January at some North American auto show (forgot which one).

It went on to say that the M model usually follows the regular series a year later. Next January makes it one year since the 2.

Scott has been saying it won't be revealed until much later at the Frankfurt auto show, unfortunately.
