Stumbled off a curb last night and proceeded to rip the bottom front of my passenger side skirt..Guesstimate on price?..At least the rest of the car still looks and works..

How much is your deductible? That would be my price. That's what insurance is for. We all make mistakes. Dealer will probably hammer you for $2500 or so. Any old body shop could do it for $1000-1500 depending on repair or replace decisions you make.

No driving for you. One year.

I expect better from someone that wraps foam pads around his pillars.

Taking note .. don't drive M4 on curbs and therefore don't take M4 off-roading

On the bright side, you can fix it!

It happens. For a sideskirt + paint, I would say $400-500.

Rocker Panel kit is around $500 - $600, another $350 to paint one piece I'd say, maybe less. Maybe you can get one side of the Rocker Panel and pay less for the part. Good news is you'll be able to get that bought and painted without turning the car in.

on a side note: your wheels look gloss black in those pics, which happens to look fantastic; busted side-skirt and all.

Y'all can guess at the paint and labor, but the part is $230. Shockingly cheap for a BMW trim part.

Wow, that would hurt to my core, that sound it made....sickening.

And gotdammit BMW, first the oil cooler right in front, inches from the road that implodes from pebble strikes and now the rocker panel is too close to the wheel and low to the ground and can't take a little impact from a simple stumble off a curb. What other deficiencies are we going to discover.
The Toyota 4runner got it right, wtf....

I screwed up a rocker panel on my Golf R, so I bought a replacement and had it painted by the local body shop for $450 installed.

I'm about to trade my 4runner in for my ED M3. Maybe I'll hold on to it until BMW fixes these cooler issues and stumbling issues.
