Powder coating rims

I'm looking for good places in the Maryland/ Virginia area for power coating rims. Also what do you guys think of how they look? I would be going black. Mine are currently plastidipped but I want something that is stronger and will last. What are some positives and negatives?

Thanks!

Negatives
- Added weight (fractions of a pound)
- If not performed correctly, may negatively influence structural integrity of the wheel. < This is why it is recommended you go to a PC shop with experience in working with aftermarket wheels.

Stay tuned! I don't have any specifics as of yet, but we'll be holding something for sure

Thanks! If you had something else in mind, just let us know. We're pretty good at replicating other finishes as well.

Do you powder coat non VMR wheels? I love my current set but they're scratched up. Ive been thinking about powder coating them to some exotic colors. I'm very close to Anaheim.

Unfortunately, we don't. However, being in SoCal there are plenty of wheel refinishing shops within reasonable distance.
