Sway bar or Strut Tower brace

I took the 2014 F30 328i out to Auto Cross with the Houston BMW CCA last weekend. I took first place in my group and 10 out of 34 OAL. Not bad for the first time tracking the car. So far the only thing I have done is add the Dinan Exhaust, Dinan springs and bump stops. It was a wet day so really couldn't tell how bad she was pushing in the corners. I have a couple of more points I can play with in the way our groups are set up before bumping into the next Class. I will take a 1 point hit for either a new sway bar or tower strut. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The last vehicle I Auto X’ed was a 2005 C6 Vette with C6 Z06 Suspension under her.

Sway bars all the way. Most strut bars are superficial. What would make the most difference are tires.

Thanks I've gone with H&R sway bars front and rear. I just ordered APEX ARC-8 18x9 ET42 in Anthracite. I’m looking at Hankook Ventus R-S3 (version 2) in a 255/35 18 if they will fit up front without rubbing. I got the Dinan springs so the car sits 3/4" lower. I'm hoping the shorter tire will keep them from getting cut up. I've read on a thread that they will work with a 10MM spacer. I'll have to try a set and see. they will be for Auto X and HPDE only.

You should be safe with that offset and width. I ran 18x9 +29 with a 255. Granted I wasn't lowered.
