Installing Fuel Injector Hold Down Bracket

Having trouble installing the fuel injector hold down bracket. Is it installed curve side down or curve side up? Also, what's the best method to actually get it into position. The area is so tight. I've spent about 30 min trying to get it into position with no luck.

High in the middle so the ends hold the injector down.

You need a magnet on a stick and a thin screwdriver to maneuver it in place. It's irritating at times, but you will get the hang of it.

Don't forget the decoupler elements under the injector if you pulled those out!

Thx. Finally got it in with curve side down. Torqued to 9.5 ft lb. Used a curved pick to maneuver it and just changed the way I was sliding it into place. I actually had replaced a #6 injector 2 months ago and installed this bracket incorrectly with the curve side up which means the injectors did not have enough force holding them in place. Car ran fine until cylinder # 5 starting misfiring at WOT. Narrowed it down to injector issues since all 6 of my injectors are the old style recalled ones (135373537317-10). For some reason my 2007 335i, build date 9/06 doesn't fall under the injector recall even though these injectors are listed as being recalled on the SIB. Anyway, went to pull the bracket off and it had broken on one of the clips because it was installed wrong. This actually may have been what was causing my misfire on cylinder 5 and maybe the injector was actually good but I had already purchased the new injector (13537585261-12). I actually had also gotten an occasional misfire on cyl #6 when cyl#5 was misfiring, again because this bracket was broken. Well, everything was installed and seems to be working. Yes, I coded the injectors and also put the decoupling element in.
