2009 328i Xdrive

Hi all:
Just bought my 09 bmw this past weekend and super excited!
Hoping for some insight.
Day 2 car slightly shook while idling at stoplight... Stopped and didn't know what to think but didn't happen again.
That is until today (day 5) started her up (it is 25 degrees) and let it warm up. Maybe 2 minutes in, shaking again... More severe followed by SES light coming on.
SES been on since. I'm doing some reading, and trying to get some idea of what it might be... While realizing I'm probably going to take it in.

Thoughts? Any help is much appreciated.

Could be something as simple as a bad coil(s). Have it scanned for trouble codes first.

Typically plugs or coils. Check codes, then start with new plugs.
