Just the top two pieces I believe. The bilstein has the bump stop build into the shock.

See around the 8:45 minute of this video from bav auto, that is for the fronts but it explains that bilstein has the bumps built in:

I can't pull mine apart to double check, but I think that large cupped washer goes inside the blue boot. I had a hell of a time figuring that out, but it seemed right when I was finished.

Actually there is a assembly drafting on their website...I found that afterwards
