E92 Aero lip and ground clearance

Hello all,

I have a question for anyone who knows about the aero lip. I have a rather steep uneven driveway and if I even go faster than 10km, I will scrape the tiny piece of rubber or plastic that is located in the front wheel well. I am looking to get the aero lip installed. However, I am worried that the aero lip will have a much lower ground clearance and it when I park, it will scrape the bottom of the lip. Does anyone know if the ground clearance for the aero lip is a lot different from the stock lip?

The OEM aero lip doesn't "subtract" too much from the clearance. My driveway is a bit steep too and you should be fine. I'm lowered as well...

Doesn't it jut out more forwards than downwards?

The aero lip does not reduce front clearance by very much at all (maybe 1/16"). The problem is that the low part is further forward so this could cause a problem in a steep driveway. There is a black plastic piece just in front of the front wheel arch that is actually lower than the bottom of the aero lip.
