HELP: BMW performance electronic steering wheel

Since im the only one and am the first one in Taiwan who is going to install the wheel, my dealer told me that they dont know how to code the fricking wheel!!!!

So, installation is easy, but the dealer said they are afraid to mess up the code in the car and therefore void the warranty... Such bs..

So can anyone help me with this? How do i get codes if i need them?

Some shop also told me i dont need codes, but i dont know which is true, given my dealers stupidity in the past.

I had the performance wheel on my 1M and I was also told it would need coding..... They were wrong it was just plug and play no coding needed... I think it will be the same on this one

I know that e9x did not need coding!!

I can't find info on f8x yet, but thanks for your comment. I am thinking more and more that I don't need coding.

Any dealers here know?
