Delphi Ign Coil - Boot Stuck

So I went to change my head cover gasket today. In the process of removing the ignition coils, one of the rubber boots from my new (1000 miles) Delphi coils got stuck on the spark plug. The only way I could remove it was destructively. Anyone know of a replacement part for just the boot? Older BMWs used to offer the boot as a separate part number. I'd rather not buy another $30 coil just because of a $2 boot.

Using this coil from N55/S55: Delphi GN10328
