New Turbos - New Logs

Hello Guys,

I have an 07 e92 n54 and I was thinking of selling, realize I can't get anywhere close to what I'd want for it, so I kept the car and replaced the turbos due to smoke/oil coming from exhaust.

Heres the mod list:
TiTek Charge Pipe/HKS sequential BOV
AFE Stage 2 Dry intake
Intake scoops
VRSF catless downpipes
JB4 G5 - converted JB3 pinout harness
BMW Performance exhaust
BMS Catch Can
RB PCV valve

I've had this problem with high avg ign values and something weird happening around 48-5500rpm for awhile (preceding my upgrade from g4 to g5 and preceding my new stock turbos). I run 93 octane only (sometimes 93 ethanol free). All coils and plugs were replaced about 6k miles ago.

Any idea what's going on here? Most recent logs attached...

Your trims seem high and slight HPFP drops. I don't notice much though. There's a little throttle closure too

Any backend flash?

no backend flash to my knowledge, although I bought the car with 45k on it. I installed the JB3->g4->g5iso.

I posted a link up there, hopefully it works...first time, sorry.

I'm not really used to JB4 logging format but those fuel trim look really high.

I always thought anything above 15 was of concern.

The JB4 may just scale things differently with regards to trims.
The HPFP doesn't look too bad but it does drop off at 5k rpm.

What does the fuelen value represent in JB4 logs?

EDIT:

Found this on the n54 forum.

FuelEn: Fuel enrichment is a trend of the relative positive bias applied to the pre *** wideband O2 sensors. This bias allows the JB4 to effectively change the air/fuel ratio target. A higher bias means a richer targeted air/fuel ratio. And the DME will generally hit its air/fuel target provided the fuel trims are within range.

If it were my car I would be contacting the guys at BMS. AFAIK the JB4 manages fuelling by fudging sensor readings. Not really ideal!

The sharp timing drops could also be because of a knock.
