Covered by Warranty?

As I opened my trunk yesterday I noticed that the plastic under the rear window is cracked! It is loose! Plus when it's cold my trunk does not close.
Is the plastic covered by warranty or is it concidered wear and tare

yes it's under the warranty. i just got mine replaced week ago. good luck.
