High Pitched Whining Sound at 30mph?

Basically this just started a week or 2 ago. Usually when the car is cold. But now its also making this high frequency whine after its warm. Starts around 29mph and ends by 31mph. No sound at any other speed. Checked going 30mph in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th and it is still there regardless of engine rpm.

I hope its not too serious. But I don't think its the engine since the engine revs don't affect it. Transmission maybe? Or the wheels aren't alligned or bent or need to be balanced?

So any clue what it is? I have an appointment next Thursday at the dealer.

Ok now I don't hear it. It's been over 50 here the last 2 days and last time I heard it was when it was like 20-35 outside.

Is it a mechanical whine, or could it be an air whistle? With your windows down can you locate the position of the sound? Try this driving next to a concrete wall for sound reflection. It would be good to tell if it's coming from a wheel or the drivetrain.
