Misfire = no turbos?
I have a misfire on cylinders 1,3. I know I know read the sticky but it says nothing about the turbos. When I try a pull I don't feel my turbos or hear the sound of my intakes I usually do. Will misfires cause the turbos to disengage?

If its enough of a misfire to cause a code it will limp the engine, so you should feel like the motor isnt happy and your wastegates are held open by the DME to keep you from doing more harm.

Then its to save your motor. The car does what I can to protect itself to the point it can even turn off a bank of cylinders depending on the severity. Start with plugs and coils. If you have a tune remove it and see if the problem goes with it. Sometimes the aggressive boost or timing the spark plug might be worn to where it cant get a spark or the coil.
