I have done that before, it will evaporate quickly.

If it was just a little, burn it baby. Just start the car and let it clear out. If it was more than just a little, like you filled more than a quarter of the cylinder, blast it out with some compressed air through the spark plug journal. Oh, and turn your face away while blasting unless you want the Brakleen money shot.
