JB4 PnP installed! Great product!
Just wanted to compliment the guys who make this thing. I installed my DCI and JB4 at the same time, took less than an hour total to do it all. Went in super easy.
And man, it's crazy how much of a difference it makes right away! Great product guys! Downpipe install is this weekend and I'm opening for a few more ponies out back with that! |

Nice! I'm 95% done with my install. What did you do with the red male-ended wire on the "amp" connector? Also, does the thin red wire attached to the primary power wire go to anything?

Step 12 (page 22 of the PDF) shows where the red wire goes. It should have one male end and one female end. The male end replaces the wire in the #2 spot of the green connector, then the female end plugs into the male end that was there.
I can't tell from your picture, but if you have TWO sets of male/female red wires on your AMP connector maybe someone messed up while making it? There should only be one male and one female on the same little loop. EDIT: looking at your picture, it looks like you might have extra wires... that's really weird. You did get a JB4 PnP kit right? I think I would talk to whomever you purchased it from and see what's up with that. It looks like they probably either didn't put the pinned wires into whatever plug they belong to when creating the harness, or it somehow got pulled out. |
