335i Engine Pics
Thought some of you might find these to be good reference pictures.
I was kind of surprised how tightly packed in the turbos are etc. Gives you a better idea of the work it takes to remove some of these components. |

Yes, I try and do something "useful" around here every once in a while. LOL. Let me know if you need a closeup of any particular part of the engine. Here is a pic of the EBox.

Any chance of getting a shot of the driver side of the motor? Near the tmap sensor? Appreciate it.

Look at the second pic and see the silver pipes that are starting off going up and then to the right. The turbos are at the base of those silver pipes. One turbo on the left bottom of the left exhaust manifold and the other turbo on the lower right of the right exhaust manifold. |

How about a pic of the HPFP? Since mine has been replaced twice, it would be nice to know what part of my engine has been ripped apart two times. Thanks.

Awesome pics hotrod!
It is pretty cool to see these for reference points for the future. I didn't know that the fuel pump was so packed in there. The HPFP was on the top of my VW. Edit Oh wait. Nevermind; I thought that HPFP pic was the exhaust side for some reason. Duh! It's easier to get to than I originaly thought.
