Hmm.. the M-Sport has a lot of good stuff already... it might be easier to list what can't be retrofitted, basically:
-BMW Audio upgrades
-iDrive and Nav (if you don't have it)
-Leather
-Heated seats

I'm not sure about Bluetooth.

In general it's better to spec the car with what you want (or if buying used, find one cvery lose to the spec you like).

Good dealer-fit OEM options include:
19" wheels (though perhaps not the cheapest place to buy them)
M3 boot lid spoiler (looks wicked on E92 M-Sport)

and if you didn't already have the M-Sport, then the M-Sport steering wheel.

Only problem is that doesn't tell you what can be retrofitted, unless I missed something

or do you feel some mad cash rush to thead and just NEED TO UPGRADE :0

What I mean is... is it wheels, suspension, engine, exhaust, etc what do you fancy tweaking first

I must admit it was more a general question. Apart from missing the Ipod connector I'm happy with the spec of my car, though the boot lid spoiler sounds like it will be worth looking into
