Misfire and Low RPM Idle
Getting a persistent misfire on cylinder 6. I have changed the plugs, coils, and injectors on all the cylinders. The injectors were coded correctly and I installed new decouplers. HPFP and carbon clean were taken care of as well. I have a really rough cold start with rough idle after until the car is warmed up. The idle after the car is warm is low, it is around 550 rpms unless I have the AC on. Any input on these issues?

I have been having the same issues but have not replaced my leaky injector. I diagnosed the injector purely by replacing the plugs and plug 6 was drenched in fuel.
This is not your case since you have replaced all the injectors. |

Have you tried cleaning and switching the solenoids? Oil change?

Out of curiosity, I would look at the plug on cylinder 6. I know you replaced the injector and plugs but that doesn't mean the injector couldn't be defective.
Also crack in the valve cover or a leaky valve cover gasket can be the culprit too. |

Could a bad TMAP sensor cause this? |

Hmm, they usually don't go bad unless they were beaten up during install or something. You could pull it out and clean that for peace of mind. Otherwise I'm a little stumped. I've ready before of a few hiccups after a walnut blast but I can't recall off the top of my head what the fixes were.

Yeah, I am really confused on to what is going on. I had 29d2, 29d0, and 29cc after I cleaned the valves, so I changed the plugs and injectors and the car was fine for a couple of days and now I have 29d2 again and rough starts.
Car pulls hard when I give it the beans. I am getting an abnormally loud injector tick on injector 3 but no codes specific for that cylinder. |

I had factory plugs before I changed to the Bosch oem ones, I switched back to the old factory ones to see if that would help but there is no change. I have reset the adaptation with the car running, should I go through and reset everything with the car off?

rough idle is a sign, but hard to tell without hearing or seeing, cause it could be a misfire, could be a timing. looking at the rpm description you gave, i want to venture and say solenoids are bad/going bad. did you try swapping them around? i had a solenoid damn near fail on me, i swapped them around and the car ran a bit better, but eventually starting acting up again. on the sidenote though, yours is cylincer specific... so, even a cracked valve cover/gasket, i would think would effect all cylinders...

I usually did it with the car off so it didn't freak out.
