Need help on Piaa Angel LED

hi,
I am trying to install PIAA angel light by referring to several posts here.
The Japanses instruction seems to saying that the logo "PIAA" should facing upwards, (meaning "PIAA" is NOT upside down after installation completed.)

But if I follow some posts here, the logo becomes inverted.

Should I just forget about the japanese manual and follow DIY posts here?
For those who already did DIY on Piaa angel light, please help me out.

I ran into some minor problem when I install my PIAA angel eye bulbs.
I followed the instructions here but did not work.
I reversed the bulb and it works....
it didn't short out anything at all.

Well, if that was the case, i guess i will follow the Japanese manual.
PIAA could simply showed + and - signs on the bulb to avoid confusions. --

I followed the instructions here but did not work.
