I know there is another thread on the dealer but seems like it is mostly on sales.
I decided to write a seperate thread on service.
I was looking to get m performance suspension installed on my f30 and was looking for a dealer who would be willing to work with me financially, etc.
I was referred to Rick by Jimmy on the forum (GOLFFRR).
Called Rick and finally decided to work with him since he was willing to negotiate with me and was very helpful at finding out what parts I need etc(ie. The red springs).
Their service closes on saturdays but I only had time ob saturday due to my work schedule.
He told me to come on sat and drop the car off and a loaner will be ready for me.
Got there on time and they helped md to get the loaner. In fact, all paperwork was ready with the loaner key on reception desk.
During the following week, Rick and I talked back and forth a few times on the phone and he was excellent at letting me know ahead of when the car will be ready, and honest explanation of delay that occurred(not their fault).
He would let me know earliest possible so i can plan something out for myself rather than waiting all day and let me know right before I go pick up the car.
I live 100 miles away from the dealer but it was so worth the experience with them.
I stll have not met Rick(lol) since i only went on saturdays. But i just have to let the forum know how good the service is here. Even everyone says hi to you when you go in.

To me it is not just getting work done right. It is also very important how they treat me and what happens in the middle of waiting. Probably all of you guys think the same way.
If you guys live close, try to give them a call if you need service done.

Had another experience with the service dept.
Rick almost went out of his way to make sure I am taken care of.
I went so late rght before closing, and cannot even remember how many people actually ended up helping me until I got out.
Everyone is very friendly and ready to help.
You have a great team, Jimmy.
