Just bought a jb4. (Pretty new to them.) What should I be running? Maps gas ect.
I have access to 91, and 85.
70/30 blend?

Have a bms dci.

What numbers should I see?

Just did a few pulls tonight, from a roll I can't feel the turbos pulling much, I mostly only feel them from a launch. Why? Think if I install the jb4 and run higher boost settings it'll be better?

Please.. This is covered every day. It's also spelled out in the instructions you used to install it. Map 1 or 5 for stock or lightly modded. However map 5 can carry you all the way to FBO + 40% E85. Backend flash required + some other things for higher than 40% ratios. So use map 5.

JB4? What's that? Never heard about that... Please do your own research first...

No need to go bashing threads. If you don't know or can't help then no need to post.

All bashing aside, 335NJ nailed it. Just use map 5 and you will be fine. Be sure to do a few pulls once switching to map 5 so it can acclimate to your conditions and modifications. Also, if you ever switch away from map 5 (like going to map 0 for the dealer, etc), it will have to relearn when you select it again.

Also, if you don't have the usb cable for the JB4, get one. Log your runs, and post your .csv file up here and/or N54tech once you dump some E85 in to make sure your fuel trims all look safe. Also, read the misfire sticky at the top thoroughly.

Try to get a 3rd gear pull across the entire RPM range then stop & save the log so it's not too long to make reading easier.

40% E85 and map 5. It's good for around 400whp with minimal fuss.

Better yet, post them on datazap.me. Everyone is too lazy to open up CSV files, including myself.

Absolutely, I should've included that. I was more worried about the responses he'd get for posting a Datazap file on N54Tech. Since Terry & Russell read .csv only over there mainly. But hands down, Datazap.me is 100x easier to read than a huge excel file

lol you open the files in the JB4 interface. File, open, select CSV, and a pretty formatted chart displays showing only pertinent data. No one looks at the actual CSV file.

If you do not have an inline fuel pump, keep your E85 level lower than 40%
