what does it mean by "winter tires on order"? Do the M3's come with winter extra tires?

Over the weekend I was getting gas in NJ at the sunoco station down the block from BMWNA Headquarters. I decided to go so if they had anything cool parked on the site.

There is a large employee parking garage in the back. There were two new E92 M3 completely unmasked, a E90 M3 all taped like the one in the pictures in the link the OP posted, two 128i convertibles taped, a bunch of 135i coupes, a Mini Clubman, some individual 750, 760 and three Phantoms.

All these cars are just sitting there, I think I might go back this weekend with my camera and get some nice pics
