Parting out my N54 and have a Synapse BOV kit that I purchased from ER. The kit comes with the boots so no cutting of your stock pipe is required. I had it for about 45k miles and loved the sound and reliability of it. It's in good used condition. No damages other than normal scratches you can see in the pic. There is literally no adjustments required for this thing, you just install it and it works. I'm asking 275 OBO shipped.

I did some research and everything said 07-2010...so yes it will fit and as I said I included the stock rubber boot so you won't have to touch yours.
