It's okay it's all prolly made by the same manufacture plus seller claims Pp. If not ebay can back me up.

Actually there are two sources for these reps. One is from China and the other is from Taiwan. Keep in mind the ones in China have bad fitment, while the ones from Taiwan are the ones everyone has on the forums that fit good.

Ohhhh no! Sorry to hear that! I'm not sure what to do, but if you look on the bright side it was only $100. Could have been a lot worse!

The listing was for e90 check the link, in fact it says e90 only. If this really is a e92 bumper, should I file a claim with my credit card company?

Well one thing that is telling is in the list of compatible vehicles it lists both coupes and sedans. Looks like the seller did not know what they were doing (hence the uber cheap price tag).

If the description was for e90 contact the seller first and ask for refund (incl shipping). If you can't get a reply. Ask help from ebay. I've never had any problems with ebay.

The title says for e90. You have a right to ask for a refund. False advertising

Pretty sure that's the E92 version, based on the kidney grille area.

It's a hassle to send it back, you might end up losing money on shipping. Try to sell it on Local Craigslist, you might get a little bit more.
