M performance exhaust

Im thinking about putting the m performance exhaust on my 2015 M235i xdrive. However, I love the stock black chrome tips and would really like to keep them. I don't really like the carbon or stainless ones that come with the performance exhaust. Does anyone know if the stock black chrome tips would fit on the m performance exhaust?? Has anyone done this?

Thanks,
-Tyler

i got powder coated black Dimisa tips for my e92. Any local muffler shop will cut off old tips and weld on tips you want for about $75. Size can be adjusted with a pipe bender which they have anyway. No change to sound. I used the orphaned chrome tips as pen holders. One for home and office. .. pics below..

Are the stubs the same size as the 435 exhaust?

No idea but i think Dimisa lets you measure the neck of your exhaust tip and send to them so they can suggest the best size to order or maybe even build a custom one. I got the 3.5" inch. Should be no problem getting the correct size black tips for M235 or 435 from Dimisa or any other tips vendor..

There is a thread already that states that the stock tips fit on the M Performance exhaust. Delnari is one member who has done this.

Couldn't be happier with the original tips. I'm sure the carbon ones look nice, but orginal no constant having to clean ones are just perfect.

Yep, I have the stock black tips on M Perf Exhaust too. I don't like the chrome.
